I have seen a whole car covered in flat-black plastidip. It is tricky to get right because you can have spots that are uneven. Its relatively easy to take off though.

I've used it on some wheels. Comes out good, stays on decently unless you hit a cone or two. Easy to repair as well. I wouldn't go as far as covering a whole car though or even a large panel at any rate.

I did my rims as well and they turned out good. Sticks on really well. Sucks if they get dirty because it looks crappy so you have to keep them clean because if any water/mud gets on them then it spots up.

its a pain to get the over spray off....so anything you dont want sprayed TAPE OFF. But, when its got a nice coating on it comes off very cleanly, its not going to leave a mark if thats what youre worried about.

I just did my mirrors and wheels this weekend and it came out really nice.

Here ya go... Its a pretty decent video.
Overspray isnt that bad. If you tape things off, make sure you pull the tape off while its still a bit wet.. you'll get a cleaner finish.

Heh that is pretty crazy. I would have expected normal road debris to damage it over time, but I guess not so bad.
