I've been looking around on this forum for a year and half and now finally I'm making my move. I'm picking up my built Evo 8 this Saturday. I've got a lot to learn so I'm hoping I can gather tons of info from everyone here. This will be my first turbo car. I just sold my Kennebell Cobra so, this is going to be a whole other game moving from a supercharged V8 rear wheel drive to a AWD turbo 4. It should be fun!

 

Should be interesting that's for sure. So much better in every way than a V8 rwd, you'll see. Do your research and good luck with the pre-built car. I wish I went that route instead of starting from stock...

I've always have been into high performance modified cars so when I found this well put together built Evo I had to make an offer. I also went the built route because I think my wife wouldn't have been to happy if car parts start showing up at the door on a regular basis. The mod bug was inevitably going to get me.

I picked up my Evo yesterday. Wow, Its a beast. I'm definitely going to need some seat time to master it.
