Planning on buying an 2012 Evo MR
Hey guys! I'm new here to the world of the Evolution, I have always admired these cars for years and I have reached a point in my life where I can afford one easily so I think I'm going to take the plunge!
I have a few questions though:
1) I have experience in modding Audi/VW and 370z's there was very few good quality 3rd party vendors which actually made modding easy, less research needed. I notice there is just a TON of companies that make parts for the Evo! I haven't really seen any one brand have dominance over the other. So my question is who are the best makers in terms of price, performance, and reliability?
2) As if you can't already tell, I love speed and modding(conservatively, I like reliability too). What mods should I get first? Let's say I got $1500-$1700 to spend right now and wanted to focus on performance.
3) Those of you with Evo X GSRs/MR's how have you been enjoying your purchase? Have you have had any major problems? Would you buy another Evo?
Thanks for reading and hopefully I'll have my own Evo X soon!

2) Most will say do the basic bolt ons to start with. Exhaust, Intake, Tune
3) I just picked up my 2012 MR last weekend and love it! Baby it for the first few hundred miles and everything should be fine
