I still have about 3.5 years left on the loan and what I pay monthly is draining my wallet like crazy. I was thinking about keeping it and pay it off, but it will take too long on my current course of planned actions.

Oh, I am sure it's not any less expensive than Z to maintain the Evo...I am well aware of that. It will be better for me monthly so I can save up for parts in the long run . I did read a lot of thread about 5-speed vs. 6-speed on MR. My power goal isn't more than 400AWHP so it shouldn't be too bad. But I am looking at 5-speeds too lol.

Just make sure you don't have negative equity because you will end up paying more unless you have a down payment and you'll be more miserable than you already are. Since winter is around the corner, and if you haven't found anything worth picking up yet, I would wait and pay as much as you can on the Z and/or save up for a down payment until spring time. Just don't get yourself into a situation that will cost you more in the long run.

I don't have any negative equity and I know I can sell my Z for decent amount because it's a limited 40th Anniversary model ...After I sell my Z, I might wait couple months to save up for additional down payment so we'll see how that goes.

Feels alot more torquey in low end I miss top end but it feels faster to me overall one thing I miss about the s2000 wAs rearend felt light quick cornering in but I also haven't tried to go all out on the evo yet if that makes sense
