So, soon I am wanting to upgrade to a lightweight flywheel and heavy duty street clutch. Can I use the flywheel and clutch/pressure plate from an evo 8 on my 4? I can't seem to remember if the transmissions are the same. Since you can basically drop an 8 engine into a 4, I'm assuming I can use these.

see if you are able to compare the bolt pattern and the diameter of the flywheel from your 4 to the 8. if the bolt patter matchs up and the diameter is the same then the pressure plate should fit up to the flywheel. just an idea
