Hi guys the names Mick im from Sydney Australia and about 2 weeks ago I picked up an 06 model Evo 9 with 54000km or approximately (34K miles lol)
The car was immaculate and 100% stock except for some Ralliart bling and some carbon fibre goodies.
After a thorough inspection and test drive I decided to give this baby a loving new home LOL!
After a bit of web surfing ive decided forum looked to be the most resourceful so here I am at EvoM guys looking to get some great info off all you Evo nuts out there

After week 1 it was time to upgrade to a full 3" Xforce stainless steel exhaust
Picked up some nice power and a nice new soundtrack to listen to!

 

Liked the Xforce system as its quiet but still sings when its revving and also is almost stock appearing from behind!

 

 

The brembos dont feel real good at the moment so ive got some nice new braided lines some good brake fluid and some new Remsa pads which are OEM to alot of euro cars such as Porsches,Mercedes and BMW's
Havent installed these yet as im waiting for my new DBA 4000 T3 slotted rotors to arrive

 

This came in last week also a new 300LPM Deatschwerks bolt in fuel pump

 

I think my intro thread will become my build thread LOL.
Will update my thread as the parts arrive.
Waiting on my DBA rotors and a used toxic fabrications manifold that i purchased off a fellow member of this forum.
Future mods are as follows (that i can think of)
Link G4 ECU with 7 bar Map sensor
ID2000 injectors
Forced Performance Red
Cosworth M2 cams
Intercooler and pipework (recommendations please?)
Intake kit (recommendations?) Wanna stay legal so has to be boxed
Car will be tuned to run E85

Hey Mick, that install kit looks like it is for a WRX/STi.

Part number for the Evo 8/9 should be 9-301-0847
