Fender and Front bumper replacement (WTB)

Hey fellow members, I've recently bought an evo ix and unfortunately someone has hit and run my car when I was parked on the side. I assume the driver was sliding down my hill and it was stupid of me to park my car there.
Does anyone know where I can get an apex silver oem front bumper? It doesnt matter if its an 8 or 9. I understand it looks like only the lip is damaged but it's cracked around the whole bumper too. Also, I was wondering where I can get an oem silver fender, I will provide pictures. It doesn't necessarily have to be silver, it can be primed so I can get it painted later.
What are the costs of them?
I know that people are selling them on the forums but I need it asap. I can't start a WTB thread because I don't meet the requirements so basically I'm stuck here asking where I can get these parts for cheap from.

That's a great color. Sorry you got tagged by a mystery guest. I hate it when people do stuff like that. I'm in the same boat as you (newb on the forum) and we're looking for an OEM lip. I wanted to offer that a reputable body shop can plastic-weld cracked urethane. The products 3M makes for this now are amazing. So many cars have urethane parts that it's beneficial to become good at this process. Check with a few high-end shops in your area like Benz or BMW dealers or a good all-around crash shop. Ask around about reputations and go see the work for yourself. If you remove the plastics and clean them up real well and bring them in, you can shop prices and save the labor cost of R&R. Like anything else on these cars, you have to find "that guy" who's the the go-to person in your area. I'd hate to have to paint cars where it snows! - Good luck friend! - Teddy

You will want to get the IX parts. You would have to replace a bunch of brackets/inserts/mesh if you switch to the VIII. And tho$e will add up quickly.

Thank you for the input! I'll try and find an estimate on it. Painting seems like the most expensive part to me since there's a lot of chips and cracks.
