Hello to All. I've been on this site for a couple years now waiting for the day that I own an Evo. Last Thursday, for my S2k 150K birthday, I brought home it's big brother, a 08 MR with 16.5k miles for $20K. The car is completely stock with the base radio(Which I hate with a passion). I might keep it stock since it's feels dumb fast compared to the S2k.

That's a pretty good price if it was a clean title. Congrats. You say you won't mod it now, but the bug always bites. Nice color and welcome to the club.

 

how does it handle compared to the 2k?

IMO the X needs to be lowered with rims as the first port fo call then they start to look mean

 

I haven't been able to take it out to a proper road yet. Plus I'm here in Phoenix and a good drive is quite a ways away. Hopefully once work dies down towards the summer, I can take it to the track.

In comparison to s2k, It the ride feels smooth and not jarring. Maybe I'll lower it, Hopefully it doesn't make it ride worse
