I have an opportunity to purchase an 2010 Evo X MR with 13k miles. Has Cobb Accessport, new tires Owner wants $25k, it sounds like a great offer what are your thoughts?

Plans are just to make it the DD ramp assassin i dreamed of. So just suspension and brakes. Engine upgrades will be last...

Yeah, sounds OK but if we can view the FS post that would give us a better idea

The X's have not appreciated at the same level as the 8 & 9's at this point. Only 13K miles (wow).

 

No FS post family friend, just been FS word of mouth locally.

Sounds like this car has been sitting outside not being driven. Only 13k miles and has paint fade, sun damage, & rear bumper crease? Check Carfax for accident history.

 

So an update. Purchased it for $18k. I am the 3 owner. 1st owner wanted one with sunroof so traded for different car, with only 5k miles on trade in. 2nd owner purchased for son. Son busted speeding excessively, so took car away. #2 has owned it since not driving it often.

Headlights are showing bad signs of oxidation

What are some thing i should look for that might have gone wrong. It has been always serviced at dealer.

Always a good move to have had the EvO on a lift & give the undercarriage a full inspection

 

Soon. been back in country less then a week and already purchased a car.. Gone 11 months can make you do alot of thigs

Just picked up this baddie, 5k on the build 80k on chassis, built 2.0 FP green. Not a dot of rust or corrosion on it Texas car
