hey guys, i got my white evo tonight. although i wasn't driving the car home, my dad was, and my dad and i couldn't stop smiling. even right now i cant smiling and its been 3 hours.
the car just looks so sweet, i cant still believe its sitting in my garage!
what was really cool was that my car was in the showroom, so the salesmen had to push all the other cars in the show room to get my car out, hahaha. it was like a grand entrance to the outside world.
this is my very first car that my parents bought me, after driving a 92 previa for the past 2 1/2 years. its a huge jump from a family van to a rally inspired car, so i will have to slowly get used to it. it was amazing how many heads turn towards this car on the freeway even when it was night time.

Congratulations! Where did you end up buying it?
Just be careful for a while - it feels like it will never leave the road, but if you over-do it, it will happen very quickly. Just drive safely for a while and gradually build up speed over time.
Good luck!

thanks guys. i got it from south coast mitsubishi. i havent gone over 3.5 rpm still, but i can feel the power pulling me. because this is my first car with turbo and awd, even the power from 2-3 rpm feels amazing. driving the previa, no matter how hard you step on it, it just growls without any pulling. if 2-3rpm feels great to me, i cant imagine how much better it can get past 3.5 rpm. but i dont feel the need to break the car in asap, just driving it around and learning how to drive stick is a rewarding feeling itself.
