Hi hi. Varis (Extremor) makes it... not sure for the USDM pal. They unscrew the stock lip and install the CF one in, no glue or drilling needed at all.

Yar, you've got the price correct. Roughly 2.5x the price of a USDM in real-dollar terms. And get this... a M3 cost an eqv. US$200k here.
