OK I know this is gonna sound stupid , but are there any parts off of the mirage that will fit on the lancer???
If there is could someone tell me. Im just curious to know. Thanks

 

um... well i haven't been in the forums for a while but not likely unless u do some custom modification to some stuff... like what i'm not sure... but maybe i'm the wrong person to post on this topic anyway

 

Yes...no...maybe so. That's all being cleverly worked out as we speak. Suspension...maybe. The ES uses Mirage springs. There are subtle differences in the struts having to deal with the kind between the ES and LS/OZ as well as the location of the mounting bracket for the brake caliper between the Lancers and the 'rages. Tranny stuff? Possibly...they use the same pressure plate but not the same clutch plate. Motor stuff...perhaps. Camshafts, cam gears, etc. are being figured out by the Kiwis from RPW. There is much that still needs to simply measured, test-fitted, etc. Glad to see someone else can catch on...
