of the criteria you mentioned the only thing the OZ Rally has on the Type R is comfort. They are 2 very different cars. I would put the Type R up there with an Evo since they both are kinda like race cars on the street. If it's gonna be your first car and you just got your license the OZ Rally is probably a better car for you though. If you do pick the R better be careful where you park it, theives are relentless with this car. Hell I know someone who got one stolen out of their own garage!

"Ricer"? "plus its a newer car"? Looks like this guy has never driven an Itr nor knows anything about it and its driving dynamics. Being a former Itr owner I'd have to say that comparing these two cars is just utterly rediculous (No flames intended to ES owners/likers). STOCK TO STOCK, there is no comparison whatsoever. The Itr is one of the best if not THE best fwd handling cars in the world. You want to do your research? Go ahead, be my guest. It's a pure enthusiast's car. No B.S. You'll just have to drive it to understand. 8400 redline is purely intoxicating.

To the guy who can't decide on which car to get: Drive the Es. Drive it hard. Then go drive the Itr, hard as well (both in stock form of course). It all depends on your needs/wants. But if you do choose the legendary Itr, you will not be disappointed.

Good luck with your decision.

What the hell?? Is this for real??

I may not be the most "skooled" in street/drag racing but there is no way in hell I can imagine this stock for stock. Or even stock evo vs somewhat modded ITR. Maybe stock for stock from a 60-70 mph roll? Can one of the Evo guys, perhaps someone who's raced an ITR chime in. I know a fair deal about the ITR and this sounds pretty crazy to me. I'm interested.

But to be on topic, yeah, you shouldn't even compare OZ Lancer with ITR. Some would say the ITR is still the best FWD car ever available here. If you want to heavily mod, both cars have potential. I'd still give it to the integra though.

itr if you have a garage, don't go to malls, don't go to scool and work at a place with a private garage- highly likely. if theft occurs with an itr having conversions(engine and headlight) your insurance will only cover the cost of stock parts unless its a usdm itr. best bang for the buck is a lancer. sure, itr is quicker maybe funner but after replacing all the stupid **** thieves steal out of an itr you'll be left with a huge headache and you'll be paying out the a$$ for what should be a simple fun car.
