i just took my first wet drive, and boy, the car wasn't to only one getting wet! OK that would be cool to say if i were a girl, but i'm not. Really tho, i had so much fun i almost peed myself. This here evo had traction like i've never seen before. I was trying to get it to power oversteer, and just barely got it to squggle a little. I was so happy! If i could remove some understeer, i could really whip 'er around. When i tried to rally-attack turns, i'd get a lotta understeer, since i carried more speed, and couldnt swing the rear around ( i didnt wanna rack the e-brake yet). When I broke early and accelerated earlier thru the turns, i was amazed. i should have never come home tonight. I wish i were still out there drivin. wooo hooo!

I wouldn't suggest pulling e-brake on 03 Evos. But it's possible to oversteer with enough sudden throttle ;) Try going into a corner fast, brake a bit harder for a second - WOT ;)

I in oregon so it is pretty much raining all of the time. this car will outdrive me in the rain. it always wants more on curvy roads, but i m always thinking ditch. i just gotta learn to trust her a little more. getting there though. when it rains hard here i usually try to go for a quick drive. i laugh everytime i get to use the rear window wiper. i love that thing so much.

Rain is gooood. {thumbup} Evo's dancing in the rain are awesome. If anyone has any cool vids of Evo's getting crazy in the rain (legally of course), it would be much appreciated. {OMG}

its acutally better to lift hard then snap back WOT while in boost range. Braking transfers too much weight to the front. At least that's what i've gotten to work so far.

Yeah, that rear wiper is a grinmaker.

WERD!!! rear window wiper is awesome I use mine daily hehe. Rain is awesome to play in as long as visibility is good... I also highly recomend Toyo T1-S tires for rain tires their tread pattern sheds water like no other.

Nice job.....playing with your car in the elements is fun stuff.
