bakseat can't go down?
 

After looking through the forums and my evo manual I can't find anyhting about the backseat being able to be folded down to gain access to the trunk. I have the leather seat package and can't find the releas anywhere.

Nope. No EVO has the ability to fold the rear seat down. Didn't you check for that when you bought the car? ;)

lol hehe nope didnt' check for that. I was too busy looking at the seats themselves :drool: recaro. Ohh well it's no biggie. Just won't be getting christmass tree's in this car (thank god)

Yeah... that and the small gas tank are my only gripes! Pretty good, I think! :)

kind of a bummer you didnt know, but as i was signing papers for mine, it was the last thing on my mind.

Even if you were silly enough to trade seats with a lancer owner, behind the rear seat is a metal crossbrace thats obviously in there for chassy rigidity. So, its a no go my friend.
