:dunno: Can someone explain the point of the breather? Should i get a breather filter? Or does it even matter if i leave it hooked up to the intake ??

Run a search, this was a hot topic a couple of months ago. They're not necessary in any sense of the word. You're not hooking the breather up directly to the intake either by the way.

Pjal is right not needed, and do not boost performance. More of a dress up item. It's all about your preference.
