Hi All,

Just got my Evo8 and found some brand new spares that a local guy bought, never installed and then sold his Evo!

Bearing in mind that i am in South Africa and it is much more difficult for me to get spares than you, let me know if you thinkk my list is pretty good so far.

I got:

XS Engineering 3" downpipe
Greddy Upper Intercooler pipe
GSC 268/272 Cams
Walbro 255 pump
10.5 Hotside and Actuator
HKS Drop in Filter

Next on the list:

Exedy Twin Plate!

welcome to the forums ! ..
as you are in Africa with those mods, u'll need some sort of tunning device ..

either ! sending your ecu to USA to get an ecu flash .. or get another tunning device which a tuner can tune for u .. Power FC, ems , AFC .. etc

i was thinking Ecu_Tek reflash for now, there is a local agent with a 4hib dyno..

then later on maybe a Autronic..we have a great local tuner for these systems

Will these mods make a strong streetable car? not looking for a drag car, have one of those already..

Ek is EX-Sa nou in die UK.

Those bits should give you gains of around 40-50bhp over std, I assume yours is 276 std jap issue in SA
