IX's are putting more than 330whp?
 

How many are you are putting down 330whp or more w/ simpe bolts-ons just with TBE,MBC,TUNE,INTAKE on PUMP GAS and you cant have cams,alky/meth or race gas nothing else but simple bolt-ons 02 housing and FMIC are fine. I just want to get a list going to see how crazy these IX's are and you can have a VIII with a IX turbo but cant have cams or alky/meth JUST simple bolt-ons............ I'm putting down 342whp with just TBE,MBC,TUNE.....

you do realize that evo 9s can put out 300 when they're stock if they just get a tune

i did a 9 that had a hks evc 6 boost controler, hks new intake (filter only), had a 3inch turbo back, and 100 octane custom tuned by jestertuning. it made 390and 410 on a mustang dyno. the car pulled hard on the street, it only had 1500 miles! later on that same day we custom tuned a bone stock evo 9 and made 320 and 315 with nothing done but a custom tune, and still had the stock paper filter!

I recently tuned a friend's IX that has MBC, o2 housing, TBE, Licp, and a intake and it made 351/312 (DLL) on a cool evening (60F), but on a hot day it only makes 320 (90F). Prior to the inake being added it only made 330 even on cold nights. He put in Cams and we went out yesterday but they didnt seem to do much for the car or more tuning is necessary to extract the power from them.

did you get the reloaded? thats the best one to get! if not call lancershop, they have them!! they are indeed the best filter for the evo!!{thumbup}

I know this is out of the question but how much HP can a Stock Evo 8 pull out??

Mine made 280whp on DynoDynamics which reads 40-50whp lower than all the other Dyno's on this forum and it's the most accurate that I know of.
