how come they did away with the intercooler sprayer for the 9's ??
 

and some of the 8's with acd i guess did away with the sprayer i believe....

was it to make room for the acd reservior?

do vendors sell a kit? since i dont use my windshield washer fluid can i convert it to the intercooler sprayer? (have never used it for 1 1/2 yr of owning the car.)

what you guys think?

of course man, all you need is a couple feet of hosing from home depot, and some nozles from anywhere some brakets to mount them and if like you said you don't use the winshield reservoir use it ,, just gota be creative, design youre own system
i thought about it , but who knows if i do it or not, my car is not a daily driver

like yesterday before it rained the car had been sitting on my driveway and got all hot and felt sooo slow but after a quick shower and a wet intercooler it made soo much of a difference i was amazed.

oh and FYI I did search and i didnt feel like going through 50 pages of other stuff just so i can get to the thread i want.

i wouldnt say its pointless. it should help a little. .... well i think its better than not having one.

i think mitsu didnt put one cuz they were lazy/broke and didnt want to figure out a way to have another tank somewhere other than where the acd reservoire is now.

well damn i thought i had the good idea going by making the ic sprayer out of windshield washer line.

^^^ agreed. people who had it on their 03 and 04 said their useless.

did it have different looking nozzel than on the windsheild washer line?
