All my friends drive EVO's
 

Hi, some of you may know me. I currently drive a skittle. I want an EVO & may end up getting one but, I figured I'd do some research before I make any decisions. In fact I'm currently looking at an EVO that has been previously modified & tuned by AMS (a lot of controversy over this car around here). Oh, and I'm not a total noob, I do know how to use the search button {thumbup}

You drive a Skittle? Is that what they call an SRT-4 these days?

Just do your research on this 'controversial' Evo you are considering to purchase. The fact that it's 'controversial' might mean something significant enough to be weary about this Evo...but then again....I have no idea which 'controversial' Evo you are referring to so what do I know.

lol. ^^^the AMS thing is the controversial part. Everybody argues about wheter or not it's an AMS EVO < to me to call it that would mean it was a shop car at some point and not a customers car. So, no it's not an "AMS EVO" but, it was built by them but, whooooo carreeesss.:D

its a lil nickname we use cause around here they have all the colors...and park near each other,they look like a bag of skittles

and the Evo he is thinking about Buyin.. is a ''AMS built'' 2.0 with a gt3071 and meth(with all the bolt ons) and runs 9.0 1/8th mile times and gets beat buy SRT4s with less mods,something doesnt seem right about that car....even if AMS did happen to ''build'' it...u cant disgrace their name by calling it an AMS evo
