It's not wise to "lower" the car. Suspension mods are for improving handling, not for "lowering." When you get a proper suspension upgrade, the car will get lowered by default. If you just do "lowering springs," you will mess up the dynamics of the handling.

Check the suspension forum below...

what would make you think that I wanted to lower my car just to lower it? Obviously, anyone who is looking to lower their car is looking to improve handling... unless your last name is Rice.

Tanabe GF210's! Great handling still, nice stance, and still a smooth ride.

Eibach's 1" all around. I woulnt recommend S-Tech's (too low) - unless you go coilovers.

Warr gave you that response because every week on here, ther is some newbie asking "what lowering SPRINGS is everyone using, pics please." It seems as though your primary focus was lowering your car for looks. Most springs out there will drestroy the orignal handling characteristics of the car. Most people who care to maintain stock like ride with equal handling characteristics while achieving an attractive stance choose Swift springs, Works ride springs, or the Tanabe GF210s. Everthing else is rubish. So please search next time because there are sereously a ton of threads like this.

Ps. wasn't calling you a newbie. Just search first next time.

Judging by your choice to install a vta bov. I'd say he's pretty right in saying you just want to lower it for lowering sakes. Eitherways, yea, you should post this up in the suspension forum or even possibly the show and shine. You'd probably get some better answers there.
