New Owner EVO 9 already a problem, help!!
i just bought 06 EVO with 53000, the axle seal was leaking and caused a freak accident. the oil was dripping on the down pipe and the car caught on fire, luckily i extinguished it fast but damage already happened. the fire melted the wiring harness, tried to rewire my self but still car will start but if i touch the gas pedal it will cut off.
to make a long story short , i took to dealership and already replaced egr sensor and wires, throttle position sensor, acd ecu and front ecu and still cant get communication to ecu.
i am in disbelief, didnt even drive the car for a day and all that happened.
ok now is the question. is an axle seal covered under warranty? if it is what about all the damage that happened because of it.
please help my bill already at $2000 and cant get the car running
thanks for all the help in advance

^^^ yes. I was the second owner of mine with 18k and I got all 4 new calipers and headlights covered under warranty due to the calipers fading when I sprayed wheel cleaner on them and
my headlights wouldn't adjust up or down. My rear diff started to chatter because it had the wrong fluid when I bought the car and they also replaced it. I got pretty damn lucky
