Intro from down under

Hi, I've been getting a lot of information from evolutionm for a couple years now, and though I'd get around to finally joining.

I have an ADM Yellow '05 IX, and had it since '07.
Not much done to the outside, but have spent a bit of coin on the engine and handling.
Once I'm happy with the power, I might start on a little cosmetic work.
Now it's time to enjoy it on the track.

^ haha, thanks. It's suppose to be summer here at the moment, but it's been overcast all month. Lucky it was good on the day we headed out for a cruise.

I envy you guys, your cars have less restrictions resulting in more power.

I thought the US had tougher emissions' laws than Australia. You guys were able to get earlier versions of the GT-R as well as other high performance cars. Plus, you guys have those awesome Holden and Ford performance 4 doors. And, the Australian Supercars is probably the best racing on the planet. If you guessed by my comments that I love Australia, you are right. There are times I would love to bolt from where I live and move to Sydney. Anyway, keep us posted on your build.

Australian Evos have two Evolution badges on the trunk? Wish we could get yellow IXs here; I would have bought one.

Well not everything is stock, lol. Had to get the "evolution IX" badge, looks good and stops people from asking which model it is.

I wasn't after a yellow one, but it was the only one available at the time. They are pretty rare, just need some carbon fibre to make it look better

A quick update, upgraded the turbo again, and pimped out the engine bay with a couple more things.
Car still needs to be tuned, have it booked in next month.

Got the car tune, but could only reach 26psi making 318kw's.
I was told the map size was too big, and couldn't get it past 26psi - turbo is capable of pushing 30psi.
An option I was told was to upgrade to aftermarket ecu...
