Hello all, I am new to the forums and new to EVO's, come from the whole WRX world, did a short stint modifying mustangs, now I am on to EVO's.

I suspect this question has been answered but what is the best route to eliminating the wing on the trunk? A simple trunk swap or is there a kit? Love the GSR, hate the wing.

Great to have you join us especially a true car enthusiast.

You bought a EvO9? (Not an X?)

I own the 9 RS (no wing) & I wanted a wing so I bought a take-off trunk w/the installed wing holes.
You want to do the reverse. There is no official kit. Some guys have just used colored decals to cover the holes & others have purchased Lancer trunks that have no holes. Some have done the body work which is $$$
