already did a full HKS exhaust, eventually would like to do intake, cams and 93 tune.

How many miles are on the car? If the seller didn't provide service records I would take care of maintenance first. Congrats on the car!

car has 94k miles. i checked timing belt when i got it and it looked fine

Did the seller mention ever doing the 60k service? If it hasn't been done it needs to be ASAP.
