Build an evo? Or buy one?

Debating on building an Evo 9 with a budget of like 15k or buying one. I have the resources for the Evo 9 but which option would be better? Any insights appreciated thanks.

if you are wanting to buy pieces and parts to "build" one... $15,000 wont get you far.

15k won't get you far just buying one either... I mean you can get an early 8, but not a 9... unless its in really crap condition

Was considering buying a part out shell, but what's like the average amount that's spent on building one just to run?
