Would any Evo owner be interested in Gtr when they have a built evo? Just curious:):)

It's a whole other level when you get into the GTR. :}

well my buddy has a gtr and when I got in it, it wasnt that fast tho. Car was built by Tscomptuned made 600whp and 562tq. Maybe because I ride a motorcycle?

Um, hell yeah? I don't care how fast or nice my evo is, if someone offered me a gtr for it, I'd be driving a gtr. Don't get the wrong idea, I love my evo so much it's unhealthy. A gtr is just another level of car.

The GT-R is an upgrade for sure, unless you're looking for that 'drivers car' feel.

ill keep mine. the GTR is really nice but not quite my style.

If the GTR was made w/the same recipe as the EVO RS, I would be very interested

(i.e. crank windows, lose all the electronic BS, no paddle shifting, minimal interior){thumbup}

I don't think I could afford fixing it if it breaks.

Because the GTR is in the neighbor hood of 600lbs heavier than Evo, they just won't be as fast unless they make 100hp or so more than the Evo you're comparing it too.

HanYsolo Oct 29, 2016 02:43 PM

Well my buddy is thinking selling his GTR. LOL

Astro_Train Oct 29, 2016 03:10 PM

not all bout horsepower... it is also about other characteristics (handling, look, uniqueness, etc..) and yes cost.. but if you are looking to buy one than money shouldn't be an issue for you. The GTR is on the cost level of a 911T... sadly doesn't do anything for me. Driven a couple of them, one of the is actually a friend's and just doesn't impress me. Different strokes for different blokes...

I said it's a different kind of car. I doesn't have the "connected" feel of an Evo. That is for sure. :mitsu:
