WISECO PISTONS


Wiseco's forged piston and ring set is available for the 4g63 Evo VIII-IX and the 4b11 Evo X. Dedicated 2618 alloy forgings, offset wrist pins, Nitrided/Napier Steel rings, skirt coatings, complex dish and dome designs, special skirt profiles, and other features insure longevity and power with boosted and nitrous engines.

WISECO XX REPLACEMENT PISTON RINGS


Wiseco's XX piston ring sets feature a stainless steel, gas-nitrided, barrel-faced top ring. They also contain an under hook style, cast iron, phosphate-coated, taper-faced second ring. Oil rings in the XX sets are 3-piece assemblies with gas-nitrided rails and a stainless steel, flex-vent spacer. Price is for ONE piston ring set. Check your quantity when ordering.

JE Pistons


JE PISTONS EVO X 4B11


JE designs are specifically engineered for extreme applications up to, and including, professional competition. In this environment, the higher compression ratios, highest boost or heavy nitrous usage necessitate the higher tensile strength 2618 aluminum alloy. Complete set of 4 pistons, rings and pins.


JE REPLACEMENT PISTON RINGS


Top ring, second ring and oil ring are all included in a complete set for 4 pistons. Available for 4B11 86mm and 86.5mm pistons.

Manley pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. All pistons come with moly coated skirts. Round wire locks, premium chrome moly wrist pins, and premium steel top ring sets from Total Seal are included with every kit at no additional charge.


MANLEY PISTON RINGS


Manley Piston Rings. Top Ring: High performance ductile iron with plasma moly in-lay or premium steel with Chrome Nitride face coating. Second Ring: Reverse twist cast iron. Oil Ring: Three piece, standard tension, full oil return. Set of 4.


MANLEY RODS


Manley Performance manufactures the finest steel connecting rods in the Sport Compact industry. Choose from their lineup of H Beam, and I Beam, and for added durability, they are available with the upgraded 625 ARP bolts.


MANLEY BILLET STROKER CRANKSHAFT


Manley' 94mm Turbo Tuff Series Billet Stroker Crankshafts features a uniquely designed, ultra-lightweight, fully contoured counterweights resulting in reduced windage and maximum performance.


MANLEY 4B11 SPRINGS & RETAINERS

Manley valve springs are wound from super clean alloy. Each design minimizes stress to ensure long service life with high lift camshafts. Titanium retainers are manufactured in double spindle CNC machines to exacting tolerances and precise installed height specifications. Valve locks are manufactured in Swiss turning centers with rigid control over the all-important angle to ensure precise mating with the retainer.


ACL

ACL BEARING KIT


ACL main bearings have a special coating process that will help prevent premature engine failure.
The ACL main bearings have a higher degree of crush, and no flash plating to ensure efficient heat transfer away from the bearings.

ARP 4B11 HEAD STUDS


All Pro Series ARP2000 studs are centerless ground, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and are nominally rated at 220,000 psi. These fasteners deliver a 35% increase in tensile strength over the OEM torque-to-yield (TTY) head bolts.


ARP 4B11 MAIN STUDS


All Pro Series ARP2000 studs are centerless ground, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and are nominally rated at 220,000 psi. These fasteners deliver a 50% increase in tensile strength over the OEM main bolts.


ARP 4B11 ROD BOLTS


No worries of stretched rod bolts! ARP's premium grade 8740 chrome moly steel rod bolts will keep your rods strong where it really counts.

TOMEI


TOMEI CAMSHAFTS | PONCAM | PROCAM


Tomei's Poncam 260/250 cams work with your stock valve springs, but the more aggressive Procam's will require an upgrade.


TOMEI OVAL WIRE VALVE SPRINGS


This new valve spring is made from a high tensile, oval shaped wire rod. This was designed specifically for high engine speeds and axtreme conditions. Durable and reliable for prolonged peroids.
