Edward you are mistaken sir. I explained to you it would be coming directly from ETS since i didt not have a kit with a HKS flange on the piping. I cannot control their shipping dept and explained to you numerous times that they were backed up. I also bugged the **** out of them to get me the info you needed.
I also told you to tell me what you would like me to do to remedy the situation, a situation that I CANNOT even control. That my friend is not bad customer service, that is us stepping up and handling a problem from a manufacturer.

What I heard or better saying on what I seen on PM was that you assured the gentleman that you had it "ALL" in stock...! Why lie!?!? You never told him that it was coming directly from ETS...! What you did wrote was that you had it in stock and was waiting for the funds to clear to send it to him because you had it in STOCK...! Why lie when everything is on PM! When you tell someone once the funds are received they'll have their tracking number, it means that you have or should have everything ready to roll...!

I'm very sorry about the confusion on the order. During race season we are about a week out on most new orders. We received the order on the 24th and shipped it out the 30th. We ask our customers not to schedule an appointment tell the parts arrive to make sure you have everything needed prior to install and tuning. If it's a must have by date, we need to know about it and most of the time we try to schedule a 3-day shipment to arrive prior to the appointment. Ground shipping from our location to you is 5 business days. I know it doesn't help on this order, but if there anything we can do in the future let us know and we will help you out to the best of our abilities.
Justin did request the tracking number from us and we sent it over to him, but we had the weight wrong due to the intake, so we adjusted he weight prior to shipping it and the tracking number changed but the UPS system did not resend the tracking. Again, i'm very sorry about this.
Justin/Force-Fed has been a great vendor and he really does do a great job.

@mike I understand that things happen and Im not angry at Justin for my parts coming in late. I have a business of my own, I'm a tax accountant, and yes there are sometimes where i cant send out things on the date that i intended to. I'm angry at the fact that Justin kept reassuring me that my parts were going to come in on time, and they didnt, and thats why im not a happy customer
