The K&N Typhoon is a low restriction intake designed to increase power, noise, and throttle response while reducing turbo lag. An open intake design allows for increased noise, while a metal heat shield repels ambient heat from the engine bay. Initial installation takes just 90 minutes, and a washable cotton filter allows for up to 100,000 miles of driving before needing servicing. A silicone couple with clamps and an upper intercooler pipe is included.
