still have not heard back from you!!!!!! I sent payment over last week and even contacted you site support email. when will my knob ship or when can i get a refund?

I already sent you a few responses here on the forums. You sent funds on Thursday, the 23rd (day before Memorial Day Weekend). As most businesses/family, I'm closed for the weekend including today (Monday). Your shift knob will be going out tomorrow, which is the 2nd business day after you placed the order. Normal processing time is 3-5 business days, but I'll send it out tomorrow just because I can see there is some sort of rush here.
