Sounds like a Broshure. You sure you don't work for a dealer? VinnyC

Funny, but No I don't work for a dealer. I am a car enthusiast searching for satisfaction. I may have found it with the MR.

The list of cars I bought this year: 2003 Cobra Convertible 10th anniv. Ed., 1999 911 Carerra 2 Cabriolet, 2005 Subaru WRX STI and the latest EVO MR.

All of these cars brought something unique to the table. The Cobra was an intense car, very fast, but was made terrible. The plastic was cheap, the whole car rattled and it handled like crap. The 911 was hot. I made the mistake of getting the tiptronic transmission (auto) thinking it would be nice to chill, but it really took away the pleasure of driving. In addition, the $1200 mo. payment sucked. The STI was great and for what it was, a really nice ride. The thing that bothered me was that it seemed like everyone had a Blue STI!! Now that I can compair the MR to it, I like the MR so much better.
The MR for the money is really a great deal. The performance is sick, and the go-cart like suspension really makes it exciting to drive.

how much money did you stand to lose on your trade up/in..for the MR on the 05 STI? Were you finacing all those cars you mentioned? Or, you are just leasing hopping from car to car?

Actually subbie is testing a legacy STI twin turbo flat 6. That's probably what he's talking about. That car is suppose to make 400 - 450 HP and will be competting with the likes of BMW M5, Audi RS6 and MB E55.
