They approve that evo IX will have a new back end, vortex generator and the same turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with added variable valve timing. As a result, each model will have a power increase of 20bhp over the VIII.
They also state that there will be no top-of-the-range 400bhp variant. The most powerful Evo IX will be the FQ-340. Cynics have suggested that's because 44 of the 100 limited-edition FQ-400 versions of the Evo XIII built remain unsold.

ok my new current goals are pay off car. buy front and rear bumbers,along with the mivec head and the acd and the ayc. then
buy the X when it comes out.
