SMH @ not having them on the poll, considering there relationship is far and better than those 5 you posted.

Also where is WORKS? They have a damn good relationship with Mitsubishi.

I think you should add JestR and TTP to that poll...

I admit I forgot about WORKS and they should have been listed on the poll.

Two tuners on that list are tackling direct injection engines right now. Vishnu in BMW land and Ams did some digging with the Mazdaspeed 3. The first magazine I opened back in 03/04 with the Evo was an Autoweek that had a story on Shiv tuning them and his history of tuning other cars. I won't buy a X or another Mitsu ever again so it doesn't really matter to me who is first. I'm going back to my German roots.

I thought that unlike previos Evos, the Evo X is going to be realeased in America first as a show of Mitusbishi's appreciation of the American market.

He was not first to offer a reflash for the 9. He was first to offer an e85 solution though for the 9 though. The dude is talented.

Maybe.....but I am not confirming it.

All I have to say is for anyone that thinks tuning shops like Vishnu and Buschar are the first, think again.

It is always companies like Dinan, Brabus, and tuners from Japan that get cars......some are even able to sit along side engineers during developement of the car long before the public ever gets thier hands on it.

So um...... where are all the HKS and Mines and K-office, and Amuse tuned evo 8's and 9's in the US. I dont see too many of those running around the streets. What was the original question posted above? I dont think he was referring to any of the companies in Japan. In Japan, some guy is probably posting the same exact question on the tuners forums over there.

So um.....let me see now. Your saying that no one here runs an HKS SSQV, Greddy intercooler or AEM ems? What are you nuts? What I was kindly referring to in my original reply was our tuners are the last to get development rights on most cars. Do you honestly think Mitsu (both here and abroad) have invited Vishnu performance to get a firsthand look at the next Evo?
