I placed my deposit 5 months ago: I have in writing

" MSRP - $500 + tax + tag and title."

I'm willing to bet the difference won't be significant - for me that is

PS: My dealer said that conditions were slow when he cut me that deal, and that there is no way he'd do that deal (with anyone else) now. But he will honor mine since it is in writing.

Turbo Ron,

You got a better deal than me . I just got it for MSRP. I do still have the negotiation of my trade in though.

Damn thats a good deal, i should have talked more when i ordered mine, i have nothing in writing about how much im going to pay....but my brother bought a 03 evo, totalled it, and now we are both going to get an MR editon the same day hes number 1 and im 2 on the list, so im hoping thats enough to start bargaining with but im sure there is zero bargaining on this car, im expecting msrp.

MR huh. nah ill pass. not because the car doesnt have the headlights or taillights, just because of the warranty. instead i am getting a 97 supra twin turbo 6spd w/ 50k or so miles on it for 22ks. if not, i am getting an sti. still love the evo though.

if warranty is the big issue, good luck finding a 97 Supra TT with a warranty.

I've actually surfed this site for months, but I just registered today.

Anyway I'm going to put a deposit down on an MR this Saturday. I can't wait. I've been wanting an EVO since I test drove one a few months ago. I knew they were going to be bringing the MR over so I patiently waited. NOW the Day is drawing near.
