SACFII and halman a reliable tuning combo?

After much searching and reading, I wanted to know if anyone here can tell me if an AFC and a Halman MBC are a reliable tuning combo. My situation is a little different from most because my car constantly goes through pretty drastic elevations. I work at 6500 ft, play at 7000ft, live at 4500ft, and also spend a lot of time at sea level. I'm not exactly sure if the two will cause my boost and afr to fluctuate to where it will be damaging to the car. Thanks.

As long as you have some type of data logger to tune your AFC, then I say absolutely. It's basically the same combo a lot of people use.

I know what you mean about elevation changes. My family lives in Colorado Springs and Denver and I live in California. I started off in Southern Cali just north of LA (2700ftMSL) then moved to Northern Cali (110ftMSL) then went to Colorado Springs (5500ftMSL). I constantly had to make adjustments and although you'll never be as quick higher up then you would be at sea level, be able to tune your own car gives you the edge over most folks.
