Look at these 2 logs..
Look at these 2 logs..
"2nd gear" 23psi 94 octane, did not adjust any settings, went off my flash.
"finaltune19psi" 19-20psi same gas, my messed up tuning.
Look at the timing advance on my conservative tune compared to the untouched map. It's advancing more timing earlier, obviously because I added fuel....it sees it as a retardation of timing, BUT.....if the tune wasn't gtg it would be pulling timing.
I'm thinking the knock threshold is higher then what I thought it was previously. I just want to see TRUE knock.
I need a guru of some sort to pick this apart and tell me what I need to be doing. I can't do anything with the car ATM however, my clutch is so toasted. ACT should be in it on Monday. In the meantime I would love to learn something, so someone start teaching =)

This is what happens when you work 72 hours a week. Hold on...

Your timing is totally flat at 11 degrees from 4400 to 6200 . What the hell? I don't think I have every seen anything like that.
5000 to 5200 it pulls timing.
After 6200 it advances like a stair case to around 16 degrees.
Your AFR is kinda all over the place too. 10.5 10.3 10.5 10.3
That is one weird tune man.
Why did you richen it up so much?
The first 2nd gear log at least advances timing to 21 degrees, although you are getting timing pulled because of knock at 5930 rpm and 6600 rpm. You're AFR is stable at a super rich 9.7
I still don't understand why you added fuel in your tune, it seems like you are going backwards.

What was your reasoning for adding fuel into positives instead of subtracting it?
I do find it odd that you have a leaner AFR with added fuel then when you had it zeroed out.

The log of "2ndgear" does not have a wideband hooked up, sorry....lemme find one that has the AFR's and an unchanged fuel table...

This is 23psi at 5% fuel, I was told the car was tuned for 23psi with the custom dyno reflash. It's the closest run I have to the base reflashed ecu with a wideband running. You can see why I added fuel.

Yeah, that is not a good flash.
Here is some food for thought, from what I've found tuning with the stock computer.
It has a fuel off based off boost. From what I've noticed, if I have a good tune at 20psi of 11.3-11.4. If I turn the boost up to 24psi, the car will richen itself up, by almost a full point, 11.3->10.3. I figure it will work in the reverse, if you're at 13 at 23, it might be 14 at 20. Which explains why you need to add 24 percent fuel.
I hate to say it but I think you are going to need to get the flash fixed by the tuner. Before you can really start hammering on the tune. Runing 13+ on a 2nd gear pull is well beyond safe.
If they aren't willing to fix it, then you can take Al up for the ECU+ Dynoflash. Have him reset your fuel trims back to factory and offset for the new injectors. It's more money but atleast it will be safe.

I'm going to wait and see what I can do with the tune when I put the new injectors in. If it's still acting funny I'm going to have it reflashed, I've already talked to the tuner about this and they agreed to reflash it for free if I pay for the shipping.
I guess since you are going to try and offset it with injectors. Leave the ECU+ thinking it has the stock injectors in the car. That should allow you to back the fuel down some. Still doesn't seem right. But if you're happy with it, that's all that matters.
Good luck
