What are your knock settings at?

I am just wondering what everyone sets there knock thresholds, knock count threshold, knock retard step, knock maximum retard and knock retard duration?

I ask this because no matter what I do to timing, at 3k I always get knock. AFR is between 11.3 and 11.4.

Audible or just the CEL light flashes?

Also what are the conditions? Part throtle, full throttle, high/low RPM etc, etc.

It is CEL flashing (logged it as well), and its always full throttle((although once in a while at partial I get it too) at around 3k in third, in 5th occasionally I will get some in the 2500 range, up top it was knocking here and there when I first started tuning but now I have since eliminated 98% of it.

Well I don't know how to solve your problem but mine does it sometimes as well when under 3,000 RPM's going from light/part throttle to full throttle. A freind of mine also has the same issue.
