Any one got Stock 3rd gear pulls?

Hey Hey,

Just checking to see if anyone has a ecd file with some 3rd gear pulls on a completely stock 03-05 evo 8. Want to do a dyno comparo with some of my pulls.

Once Tom gets the logfile trimming update / release I will post mine up.

Here is a WOT on a quarter mile section of town in the late night. The mods on my car are minimal and there was no tune done. This was my stock graph and it was before all tuning was done, so please don't knock it cuz it's stock! Anyways, more info about the car....
2005 Evo VIII NO SSL
3" TurboXS downpipe
PLX M-250 Wideband O2
Xenon Low and Fog Beams

Pretty minor set of mods, it's just enough to get a tune done!

Cool man, thanx. I will take a look. I'm just not sure where I am at so I was looking for a reference point.

This should be a great reference point because you can view timing, knock and AFR. It's a great run for a stock car with no tune. I was inpressed by the numbers.

Honestly, I wish I could answer your question, but I didn't have a boost gauge or boost controller at the time of the run. I would guess 20 psi spike that drops down to 17 psi. I can attribute that to the low knock voltages and the advanced timing and the cold weather doesn't hurt it either.

here are two of mine for reference, first is before i cleaned up the afr second is after and had some knock around 6500.

messy afr

clean afr 6500 knock

THis is with 3" Ultimate racing turboback w/highflow cat, 10.5 hotside, ebay 02, walbro 255.

Use the plx wideband profile and gm3 bar map. As a side note my defi mechanical gauge reads about 2 psi higher than the gm 3 bar.
