i just bought a 2006 MR with minor mods. It has cold air intake with green cone filter, and custom catback exhaust.
how will the dealer look at this? will they void my warranty if I come in for repairs? should I remove and put all stock parts, it so that they dont see it?

What are you bringing it in for? If the mod can be reasonably shown to have contributed to (caused) the problem, then yes, they can deny warranty coverage for it. Then again, this is an Evo we're talking about- many dealers would consider the warranty void the moment you drive it off the lot.
