as the title says looking to buy cable for evoscan as live in uk and need straight away,got a problem with emissions one minute its high then 5 mins later passes test, changed lambda so got evoscan to check if theres any faults else were.

Not that I know of, but I'd assume these guys would ship it out to anywhere. Use your paypal account. If you don't have one, I'd make one real quick. PayPal is very useful.
