Safc for tuning

hello all, I am a member on club3g which is a 3rd gen eclipse platform website and had a question to ask you guys. I am running an Evo8 ecu in my car and plan on tuning the vehicle via ecuflash but I have been wondering if installing an safc for quick, minor adjustments would be worthwhile. I would not be for major tuning just correcting anything in case I decide to raise boost or such.

It'll be cheaper for you to get a tactrix cable and do your tuning that way.

Ecuflash and Mitsulogger are free cable is dirt cheap and you can do more than just fuel with it =-)

I sent you a pm with a price for the cable. I can also tune it as well as long as you have a wideband.

Cheers!

i have ecu flash, tarix cable, lap top and an afc. the answer to ur question: yes.

EX: was at track friday ( car was already tuned) i didnt have my lap top. ran my car...looked at my a/f gauge...was 10.9, got back in line, opened glove box, pulled fuel with the AFC, ran it again, a/f where at 12.0 in 4th ( i was on c-16) and dropped a second off my time.

I use ECU flash for tuning, but if i ever need to make any small incremental changes, i use my SAFC.
