Problem with AFR & Fuel trims

Problem with AFR & Fuel trims
I just cant get AFR and Fuel trims together,
when i get AFR 12.5 on spool and it goes 11 on redline, my fuel trims are high,(LTF = 112)
on the other hand when i get Fuel trims (LTFT) close to 0 my AFR goes rich lower than 10.0!
P.S I use AccesstunerRace
If anyone can give me an advice it would be great
