Cobb AP & Boost Problems

I just bought a unmarried AP, just wondering i installed the stage 1 94 octane map and everything is running fine. The main problem with the boost, i am using HKS EVC 6 the target boost is set up @ 17.5 psi but the stage 1 94 map its suppose to go all the way up to 20.5 psi tapering down to 17.5 psi. I want to know how i can adjust this

And next week i am adding a upgraded turbo Tomei, is it recommended i just get my car Pro Tuned by a COBB Distributor Pro tuning shop?

It is best to reconnect stock boost control system you will have more consistent performance , when you upgrade to tomei turbo you will definitely need protune

Since you have disconnected the ECU from boost control, you will have to set up your boost targets with the boost controller. This is a perfectly reasonable method of controlling boost, but you will have to tune for it. You will need a ProTune for the larger turbo no question, we do not have any calibrations that are appropriate for the Tomei turbo.
