you need a clean exhaust first, go to the car wash and stick the pressure washer nozzle in there to clean out all the carbon for better flow. then floor it and turn off the car in high rpm and then start the car.

Pretty much a backfire is bad. It means you're running too rich at that point in your map. As someone has ALREADY told you in this thread but you neglected to read it. Having a ventilated BOV on a stock MAF car is also bad. Any competent tuner should be able to tell you how to get a fireball, if he can't, he probably shouldn't be tuning your car. At the same time he should be able to tell you how bad it is for your car.
