sparkplug wires

so ive orderd 2 sets from autozone but they dont fit the evo i guess they are for the reg lancer or something lame like like. this 2nd set i returned the guys trying to tell me the reg lancer and the evo have the same exact engine and it has to fit how do these ppl get jobs
anyway because of this im afraid to order a set online cuz i might have the same problem and would be such a ***** to return something from online. so can someone piont me at a set they know would be the right ones.
should i just hit up the mitsu dealership? any help? i dont want to spend over $65

I have my stock one that were takin off @ 30k miles. Pm offer if you want them. May i ask why you need new ones?

ive had some misfire isuses so i changed the plugs was good for a while then started up agen with misfire so i went to regap and the metal part came out from the wire stuck on the plug now so i think that wires arcing now

Ahhh got ya. I had the Magnacores and thats what they did new! I would just go back with stock ones. The for sale threads has them every once in a while.

When ever you go to the typical auto parts store, give them the specific manufacturer and part number you want. Don't let them go through their "car data base look up whatever" because more likely then not they get it wrong.

id go to buschur racing.com and get some off them they have upgrades and stock ones. for pretty cheap

Buy some new ones from the Mitsu dealer. Don't forget new boots for the 2 coils.

you are in the west coast, don't forget about RRE. if theproblem persists after the plug wire swap, then be sure the coil pack is working.
