Tuning 2.3 stroker

does anyone know of any overnight tuning shops, or ecu tuners in virginia? I just upgraded to a 2.3 stroker kit, act hd clutch. No other mods. I just want to be able to drive it around for now. Its my only car. Evo 9

see if you can send it for a mail-in flash... theres a couple of shops thatcan perform this for you.

I have a 2.3 stroker being tuned by english racing, but does anyone know specific settings on the blitz sbc boost controller for specific desired boost levels ?
