Innovate Wideband issues, help...

I have an innovate wideband and have no cat on my car and test pipe in place, when i calibrate my wideband it will read for a month or so and then just throw errors on the display so i have to always get under the car and pull out the sensor and then recalibrate every couple months or so, is this due to me not having a cat or what, im on my second sensor as well, as the first one went bad, any help appreciated

I had an innovate that worked for 1 day. I will never buy another innovate product for the rest of my days..

I would recommend you get another wideband

Funny, i've had mine for 3 years and not one single issue, If you actually know how to set it up and do it right they work great.

OP, how's your battery? If your battery is going out it could not give enough power to keep the settings stored.

I installed one in my friends car, and it was working fine, then we went and put a 3 port BCS in, went to go start logging and his AFR's were all funky. It turned out his battery was out, it didnt die all the way (still turned the car over) and started, but the LC1 reset. He got a new battery, and we recalibrated, and its worked ever since.

Also, how is it wired in? You may want to check your grounds and make sure one isnt loosening up. Same with however your power wire was wired.

If you knew anything about widebands and how they work, you'd realize that your Innovate is absolute trash.

i def disagree that innovate is junk. i have had mine for 5 years and it matches the AFK afr control from HKS and it matches the WBO2 when on the dyno. i have not had issues with it

LOL, thats why probably 90% of shops that have a dyno use the LC1, because its garbage right....

Enlighten me as to how its "trash"

This^^^ mine has been spot on for the 3 years i've owned it, If you follow the free air calibration schedule, they're amazingly accurate.
