Blown block due to bad tune???

Hey there just need some advice from someone in here. I drive a Evo 8 with full bolt ons. Cams, Evo 9 turbo, fmic, st valve springs, 1000cc injectors, top and lower icp, hks bov, full exhaust, u2 housing. Well the car was running on e85. Car made 389 whp on a mustang dyno. My car had 130,000 miles and was a daily driver so it was never really abused. I got the car tuned and next thing you know car blows up the next day.the tuner said it was due to the milage but I know people with the same mods and are still running. Some people tell me it was the tune others the mileage. I tell the shop that if they can help me somehow on the charge of swapping out the short block and ever since they never answer or reply. Thing is I never signed anything before it was tunned. Anyone ever been through a situation like this. I first was not having them responsible but now that they don't even answer me nor at least get in my position after dropping 3500 on labor in the past they still don't consider helping Me at least a bit out. Need advice from someone. Thanx for the advice.

If the car had went 130k miles and then blew up the day right after the tune.... well it doesn't take a rocket scientist...

Sorry to here that, but you probably ran too lean.. 1000 injectorts are a little small for e85..

1000's are fine for his mods.

Sounds like a tuning issue but hard to say, blocked injector/pump died etc.
Pull the rom and throw it up.

Oh and also runing the walbro pump. Everyone blames the tune. If it was the milage it would of last at least a couple of days. There's a thread in here of some dude that has 250,000 miles and still goes to the track and has all the mods I have. But yea like everyone says it was a bad tune. It just upsets me that this shop is well know in the south droped lots of money there and still don't consider at least a discount on the labor of swapping out my short block. A lot of people ask me too if I signed something dont know if it means anything.

All of this. The injectors are fine for a 9 turbo. Without seeing the tune everything is speculation.

Really hard to say sitting behing the computer what actually happened.

how much boost were you running?
what were you doing when the motor let go?

upload the 'toon' and some logs (if you have them) so we can take a look.

Second gear at 5000rpm. I always shift 1000 before red line. Never liked the idea of getting close to the red line.
