please help with boost gauge install

Hey guys im installing a boost gauge today and ive been reading about the best spot to run my vacumme line through the firewall. Seeing that im putting my gauge under the radio in that little cubby hole, the gromet on the passenger side behinde the strut tower would be the best placement only problem is i cant find the hole when looking from inside the cabin. Can anyone help me locate it or explain how to get to the gromit from the indide?

IIRC, its just tucked up there. Before hooking the vacuum hose up to anything, try just feeding it through grommet and see if you can fish it down. once you've done that, you can simply hook it up to the gauge and then your source in the final step. I think thats what I did. Good luck sir!

After you have removed the glovebox, look to the right of the box, you will see it only with a light.

I just did this myself. I attached pair of chopsticks together and then taped the vacuum line to it and fed it through.

Turns out glove removing the glove box is 100% not nessesary to run any wire through that hole. Just duct tape your wires to a cloths hanger and run it through youll see the hanger from the inside of the car. Dont remove the glove box its a complete waste of time!
